Currently, we provide transportation only for the outings on Tuesdays and Fridays. The pick-up and drop-off location is at the school.
No, there is no need to send water with your child. At Funville Summer Camp, we ensure that fresh, clean water is always available to keep our campers hydrated throughout the day, both during activities and outings. Your child’s well-being is our top priority!

- Meals: Nutritious breakfast, snacks, and lunch (during outings) are provided.
- Apparel: Two t-shirts and one cap are included, ensuring your child has the proper gear for all camp activities.
- Activities: All programs, courses, and outings are part of our camp’s itinerary, allowing your child to enjoy a variety of experiences without any additional cost.
Rest assured, our camp offers a safe and supportive environment with fully trained staff, so your child can explore, learn, and create lasting memories.
The earliest time you can drop off your child is at 8:00 am.
The Funville program ends at 2:30 PM. If you anticipate being late for your child’s pickup, please notify us in advance. We can arrange for your child to stay indoors under the supervision of our staff until you arrive.
Drop-off time is between 8:15 AM and 8:30 AM, during which children are assigned to their appropriate groups. A staff member will remain at the drop-off area until 8:40 AM to assist with late arrivals. If you arrive after 8:40 AM, it will be the responsibility of the parent or carer to escort the child to their designated group according to the schedule.
Languages Spoken: Arabic, English, and French. All staff members are bilingual, ensuring communication is seamless in at least two of these languages.
We provide a nutritious breakfast daily and lunch during our scheduled outings.
Participation in excursions and field trips is highly recommended but not obligatory. These outings are designed to enhance the camp experience by providing educational and recreational opportunities that complement our in-camp activities. However, we understand if you prefer your child to opt out on certain days.
Campers should wear comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing and closed-toe shoes. Don’t forget to send them with the camp t-shirt, which is provided as part of your camp package.
Please avoid sending your child with valuables such as electronics, jewelry, or excessive amounts of money, as we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items.
We take allergies and dietary restrictions very seriously. Please inform us in advance about your child’s needs so we can accommodate them. Our staff is trained to handle allergy emergencies.
We maintain a low camper-to-staff ratio to ensure that every child receives adequate supervision and support. Typically, this ratio is 2 staff members to every 10 campers.
Safety is our top priority. We conduct background checks on all staff members, have a certified first aid responder on-site, and our camp is equipped with security measures that include controlled access and constant supervision.
We promote a positive environment through clear rules and the encouragement of respectful behavior. Conflicts are addressed immediately with mediation and conflict resolution strategies by our trained staff.
Homesickness is common, especially for first-time campers. Our compassionate staff is trained to help children through feelings of homesickness and ensure they are comfortable and engaged.
We provide regular updates through our camp app and email. You can also contact our office during camp hours if you have specific concerns.
